Ian Rowan a regular supporter and fundraiser for the team is involved in organising the English Junior Fell Race Championship in Bilsdale. Unfortunately the team are unable to attend due to our commitment to provide medical cover at the Boltby Bash MTB event that day.

The English Junior Championship Fell Race - Esk Valley 17th May 2026 is raising funds for Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team, any donations from parking and the cake sale will go the the local MRT. Esk Valley Fell Club are organising the event and any funds raised will be matched up to £1000 by Ian Rowan's employer Johnson Matthey, please give generously .

There is no mobile signal at registration/ parking so please bring cash or donate in advance.
You can still donate even if you can’t make the event.
Anyone who is available to volunteer at the event please let Ian know.We are looking for volunteers both inside (cake sale and registration) and outside (marshalling and car park etc).
