July already so it’s time to reveal this month’s photo from our 2021 Calendar:
This one was taken on the Cleveland Way National above Boltby village which is very apt as the July sponsor is Boltby Trekking Centre. They are big supporters of the Team – they also sponsored the 2020 calendar and have already agreed to do so again with the 2022 version! Many, many thanks to them. The trekking centre is based on a working farm in the village of Boltby itself with access to a wide variety of excellent bridleways, forestry, hills and moorland trails, affording stunning scenery and fantastic riding: www.boltbytrekking.co.uk

Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.

Unfortunately due to the overnight rain with more forecast, today's event at Redcar Racing has been cancelled so we will not be there! Statement from the racecourse:
Unfortunately today’s Easter Monday race meeting has been abandoned.
We are bitterly disappointed that racing is not able to go ahead but there is little that can be done given the amount of recent rainfall this morning.
All pre-paid tickets will automatically be refunded, there is no need to contact the racecourse office.
