We’re a bit late with this month’s calendar photo which is this snowy one taken last year, just below the Cleveland Hills.
February’s sponsor from our 2022 Team Calendar was once again Sadlers shepherding – who have sponsored all three years that we’ve been publishing one. So a huge debt of thanks to Ross Sadler, who provides shearing and general shepherding services in our area.

Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.

Unfortunately due to the overnight rain with more forecast, today's event at Redcar Racing has been cancelled so we will not be there! Statement from the racecourse:
Unfortunately today’s Easter Monday race meeting has been abandoned.
We are bitterly disappointed that racing is not able to go ahead but there is little that can be done given the amount of recent rainfall this morning.
All pre-paid tickets will automatically be refunded, there is no need to contact the racecourse office.
