Ingelby Moor

Sunday 22nd November 2020. We were contacted by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service at 1446 hours to assist them with a report of a motorcyclist who had sustained a shoulder injury. The reported location was the Cleveland Way on Ingleby Moor, near to Tidy Brown Hill.

One of our Land Rover Ambulances was dispatched with other members either en route or on standby. Approximately 15-minutes after the initial call the ambulance service advised us that a passing member of the public in a 4×4 vehicle was assisting their crew. Our Team vehicle and those members en route were then stood-down.

Seventeen Team members were involved (en route and on standby) plus one other co-ordinating our response. Incident duration approximately 45-minutes including returning to our Base. (Library photo).
