Many thanks to the organisers of the CPAD Ingleby Barwick Fund ‘Siren Fest’ that we attended last month. They donated £550 to the Team as a ‘charity share’ of the receipts from the entry fees and the mascot race.
On the day, our members there received £282.75, mostly from our children’s games, but also from the sale of merchandise and donations. So many thanks to everyone who contributed that way and through the entries fees etc. A special thanks to ‘Debs’ for the invitation to the event and all of the planning that went into it.
Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.
