Thank you to everyone who entered for this year’s Whalebones Walk – we hope you had a great time today. Your entry fees and sponsorship monies will go directly to Team funds and so will, in turn, be helping those people who need our search & rescue services.
Thank you also to our Team members who gave up their spare time to provide support along the way. Big ‘thanks’ to Rachael for arranging the event again!
Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.
