For the second time this week, the Team was deployed to search at the request of Cleveland Police as part of their ongoing enquiries to trace a missing man. This time nineteen of our search & rescue members were involved searching further areas in the Billingham Beck area together with both Team Land Rovers, our Incident Control Vehicle and our Water & Flood Rescue trailer. Police enquiries to trace the missing man continue.
Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.

Many thanks again to GrasshoppersYoga for a recent donation of £328. Regular supporters of the Team, they will be braving the elements at 8am on Sunday 22nd December on Redcar beach to celebrate mid-Winter with a gentle 108 Sun Salutation Practice.
Please feel free to join in with them and maybe try a dip in the refreshing waters of the North Sea!
