Emergency Services Day, also known as 999 Day, normally takes place on 9th September each year. However, this year it was rescheduled to today following the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. It is an opportunity to highlight the diverse and demanding nature of the work of everyone employed in and volunteering in the NHS, police, fire, ambulance and search and rescue services.
Thank you to everyone for your continued support of Cleveland MRT and our emergency service colleagues up and down the country.
Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.
