We are always keen to celebrate extra special contributions made by individuals to the Team.
Fifteen-year old old Emily Beedle is one such person and in fact the reason why we have introduced our new ‘Gold Blue Peter Badge’ style award. Working with local artist Madebymattk we commissioned these handcrafted pucks to say ‘thank you’. We have to say they are fabulous, thanks Matt.
If you follow us regularly you will have seen the lockdown Whalebones Walk Emily did in May doing 1,111 laps of her garden. Over the years Emily has supported the team in many many ways and raised huge amounts of money so this is a huge THANK YOU from us all at Cleveland MRT.
Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.

Over the years Leven Crafts and their customers in Guisborough have been staunch supporters of Cleveland MRT and their latest fundraiser is ideally timed in the run up to Christmas.
Starting on 30th November, they will be holding a charity sale of handmade quilts and shop samples to raise funds for us and the Great North Air Ambulance.
Thanks yet again to Leven Crafts for their continued support.
