A great effort from Andy in the Spine MRT Challenger North this week. He covered the 160 miles from Hardraw, North Yorkshire to Kirk Yetholm, Scottish Borders along the Pennine Way in 68 hours 54 mins 26 secs.
In Andy’s words “Thanks everyone. It was a tough event, brilliantly organised and mainly fun with a few bits of jeopardy and struggle thrown in.”

Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.
