Ambulance Assistance – Guisborough

SUNDAY 08 JUNE (2005hrs)

The team were contacted by North East Ambulance service to provide assistance with the extrication of a casualty with a lower leg injury from woodland close to A171.

Both Land Rovers were dispatched with other members in their own vehicles to Priors Wood , Guisborough. On arrival, the stretcher and casualty bag were transferred to the casualty site. The person was loaded onto the stretcher and then evacuated to the waiting ambulance.

We wish the casualty a speedy recovery.
