On Saturday 14th September the Team were attending the “Ardmoor’s” mountain biking event centred around Lord Stone’s Cafe at Carlton. During the day we were asked to help a number of cyclists who had hurt themselves during the event. Injuries ranged from cut legs and faces to damaged arms and shoulders.
Around 20 of the team were in attendance at various times during the day.
Applications can be made to join the team in a support role (Operational Support) or as a hill going (Search and Rescue) member.
Applications for either role can be made at any time. Intakes for Operational Support members occur at various times of the year. There is one annual intake for Search and Rescue normally each September.

Unfortunately due to the overnight rain with more forecast, today's event at Redcar Racing has been cancelled so we will not be there! Statement from the racecourse:
Unfortunately today’s Easter Monday race meeting has been abandoned.
We are bitterly disappointed that racing is not able to go ahead but there is little that can be done given the amount of recent rainfall this morning.
All pre-paid tickets will automatically be refunded, there is no need to contact the racecourse office.
